Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Cake with Apple Cider Glaze

I had a lot of food to prepare for company and my friend's family.  It was necessary to find something quick and easy.  I found the Noble Pig's recipe for a two ingredient pumpkin cake.  Yes, that's right, only two ingredients.  Certainly I can't mess that up!  Cathy was correct, it was simple and delicious.  But she didn't talk about the moistness of this cake.  It was so moist.  Two days later it was still moist.  Baby, it was oozing with moisture!  Delicious!!
