Shopping for a home several states away is a very frustrating experience. I love shopping for houses if you can open cupboards, feel the carpet, and spend quality time in the kitchen. But if you are shopping online you rely heavily on pictures. I have some advice for all of those selling a house, for the love of Remax, please hire a photographer!
Please join me on a parade of homes!
Look, it's a corner! How modern and unexpected in a room with 4 walls.
This home features a pit. I was wondering how you get to the basement. I'm assuming there are stairs in that hole. And there are some lovely heat vents. Those are important in a cold climate. And I just love the door hinges!
And here's the basement. One can really appreciate the insulation.
Do you think this bed comes with the house? I think I'm supposed to notice the white wall. I've always wanted a house with a white wall.
You'd be surprised how many houses I've seen with a dance studio. There are a lot of stay at home mom's needing to earn a little extra cash. But I don't dance, and I hate pergo. Does anyone notice that weird shelf holding some lumpy doll things?
If you're in the market for a 6 bedroom home you can buy mine! Yes, we hired a photographer! Welcome to my open house!
Thanks for coming!
