I Didn't Mean To Be Gone

About 9 months ago my dear man bought me a laptop against my wishes.  I felt it was unnecessary and a waste of money.  But he chose to spoil me and bought me a lovely, sleek HP laptop.  Well, several days ago the wireless decided to up and die.  Yesterday John and I spent hours troubleshooting with customer service.  In the end they will be fixing my computer because the laptop is still under warranty.  This puts me without my lovely, and now I believe to be necessary, laptop.  So, this is why I haven't been blogging.  Because it is so inconvenient to have to go and use the PC upstairs in the office!  My husband has made me lazy with the gift of a laptop.

While my mom was battling cancer I felt so helpless being thousands of miles away.  Again I feel helpless not being able to comfort those people in my family that need comforting. And although I lack the words to make anyone feel better I could at least make them pie.  Or cookies.  Or clean toilets.  For my family that needs to know someone loves them, I love you.  I'm praying for you.

The wonderful thing about the power of prayer is it knows no boundaries, borders or distance. Your prayers are heard and answered according to His plan. I join you in prayer for your family members in distress.

We feel the exact same way. We are praying too.
