Madison and I went to see Pirates of the Carribean: At World's End. It was a major dissapointment. There was to much action for my taste. And the ugly creatures from the
2nd film were back. There wasn't enough dialogue, and when there was it was so confusing that it was impossible to follow the story line. The entire movie Maddie kept saying, "I don't get it!" At the end she wanted me to explain it to her, but I didn't get much more of the story than she did. Even the love scenes between Elizabeth and Will Turner were lame. The only thing worth seeing this movie is the handsome Owen Wilson. The movie was quite long. It started at 9:30 and got over at 12:15. So, I lost 2 precious hours of sleep for this sleeper of a movie.
Ethan was listening to Madison explain that Pirates was difficult to understand. He said, "Maybe it was in French!" So funny!
My pediatrician told me that I could start Devin on rice cereal at his 4 month visit. I'm not in a hurry to start solids and I didn't feel he was ready. But when his routine of sleeping through the night began to be interrupted I thought maybe a full stomach would help. Lately Devin will wake at 5:00 and want to be awake until 7:00. By that time I can't go back to sleep. So, I tried the rice cereal. Do you think he liked it?
I don't think he got much into his tummy. So, despite my sleepless nights I'm going to wait another month or so before trying cereal again. (Last night between that stupid pirate movie and Devin I got 4 hours of sleep. I'm a little grumpy)
But the good news is, soccer is over! For a few weeks anyway.
And for the LDS ladies, here's a website for you: Sugardoodle They have great ideas for visiting teaching, primary, young women's, just about everything. I've found a lot of cute and fun things on it. I especially like how it is so organized so you have no problem finding something quickly.
Alright, only about 6 hours until I can go to bed. I need to rush and straighten up the house before the man gets home. Later!
