In general, I'm not usually one to cry. But today I did.

I work with a lady, Tracy, who reminds me of my mother. She doesn't look like her, but her mannerisms are just like my mom. I've thought this many times before. But I've never told her this. As I was listening to talk with her daughter and watched their interaction I felt the loss of my mom. I miss the mother and daughter relationship. So I told Tracy, "You remind me of my mom." I couldn't even complete the sentence without the tears flowing.

Tracy then told me how she lost her mother 8 years ago. Her tears started to flow.

Tracy left.

I kept crying.
